Black Cats Matter Appreciation Day Shirt

With an image of my own black cat, Blackie, sitting among newly blooming miner's lettuce that grows wild on the California hills, this shirt draws attention to August 17th, Black Cat Appreciation Day. In many countries black cats are believed to be good luck; however, in others they are thought to bring bad luck which results in many beautiful black cats left without loving homes and being euthanised. I've owned four black cats and every single one of them has been extremely intelligent, affectionate, and nearly dog-like in their personalities. I'll never be without a black cat.
