Hello,
I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the business cards I received. This is the second time I’ve experienced this issue, and it’s truly frustrating.
The printing surface is peeling off, and the cards look visibly damaged — especially around the edges. This is not acceptable, especially for professional business use.
I expected much better quality and consistency from your company. I’m attaching a photo as proof of the damage.
Please let me know how you plan to resolve this — whether that means a reprint or a refund.
