I had never ordered from Zazzle before. And I had never customized a pillow in my life and did not have a clue about the quality of Zazzle. But, I wanted something that nobody else had. I had priced a bunch of other "ordinary pillows" elsewhere and for a much better price from Zazzel (which included the filler for less that just plain covers) I could customize so I decided to risk it, and after a few mess ups I finally was able customize 4 different pillows. When they arrived, I was absolutely thrilled! They are much more than I expected. The fabric, the stitching, the print, the over all quality is fantastic. The inserts are a little lumpy but if I had been stuffed in a box with other pillows, I would be lumpy too. But the price was so good, if it doesn't unlump before long, I can always replace the fillers. I chose the polyester fabric because the description said the printing would have great color definition and would be wrinkle resistant. I did not want to deal with the cotton option fading or shrinking. Turned out to be a great choice. The colors and script and stripes are crisp and the colors are vibrant. The printing is very professional as is the stitching. The quality is exceptional. Everyone who has seen them is impressed. I am impressed - very impressed.

Pillow is made well and of a good quality fabric, including a zip and inner. Colours are true to those shown in the picture. Delivery time very good from US to New Zealand. Very happy with purchase. Tones are perfect. Clear print and vivid colours.
