Over a brightly-coloured background, I've added a black gradient image that creates an ombre effect, no matter the colour of your background. Corners are embellished with bright white light strings. Front-and-centre are placeholders for you to add your own text, quote, sentiment or messages. All layers were added separately and left unlocked to give you maximum design control.
