Approximately 3 miles upriver from Fowey Harbour and the open ocean, a small rowing boat floats gently on the high tide in the beautiful, serene setting that is the Cornish riverside village of Lerryn. From original watercolour by Christine Hudson. (Many aspects of the beautiful county of Cornwall, including creeks, coves, and harbours, feature in my apocalyptic novel, A Time To Run (Colin Hudson), now available in Kindle and eBook format).
