Customization of the invitation was simple. You're able to edit the template headings to suit your specific needs. You can view and review 10x over to ensure placement of photos and content are just the way you want it. Shipping was fast and I didn't choose expedited. Tracking notifications the entire way. The only "wish I had of" I had is that I didn't choose glossy but that's on me. The design turned out better than expected. The size was larger than we anticipated so it was great. Great destinations wedding invitation! I loved the invitation but had numerous changes in customizations. The designer made all the changes I asked for and paid attention to all the details I wanted I am so happy with the final product!!! Colors look great images look great! Would have liked an option for maybe some goldleaf or fancy details. Got exactly what I expected and it looks great
