Matching Rehearsal Dinner Party Invite that is perfect for the nature lover who is planning an outdoor, country, rustic garden style wedding shower theme, has a western barn venue location or simply loves flowers! DESIGN: The background and border artwork for this elegant, formal yet somewhat rustic wedding invitation invite is hand painted by Audrey Jeanne Roberts. The background is an aged, worn, distressed crackle finish style parchment. Beautiful spires of deep blue delphinium flower spires reach for the sky in various hues of blue from sky to periwinkle. A white Matilija poppy flower (often called "fried egg flowers" or "paper flower poppies") was painted in watercolors, live from Audrey Jeanne's own gardens. A Blue Morpho butterfly hovers over a Damselfly Dragonfly that is resting on the poppy. On the reverse side is the same image without the semi-transparent velum look and border. This was the only fun, Mexican-themed, rehearsal dinner invitation that we could find and we were wishing it had other coordinates like envelope seals, address labels, and skinny business cards that could be inserted into the envelope with the rehearsal details. However, we both loved it and would recommend it for another couple who are having a similarly-themed rehearsal dinner party. The colors were bold and vibrant. Luckily, I'm also a Zazzle Designer, so I knew how to adjust some sizing on a couple things and make sure things were completely centered. Super easy to create and they arrived extremely fast! We even decided to get coordinating, pearly baby blue envelopes. Thanks again, Zazzle, and to the wonderful designer who took the time to really design a unique invitation. (blurriness in photos in to protect privacy).
