Blue Monogram Laurel Classic College Graduation Invitation

After doing years of business with Zazzle, I was looking forward to celebrating my last child's college graduation. I decided to order an additional graduation announcement design on the website. The only wording changed was the personal information. All other wording was already on the sample product. The design was rejected and my order was canceled without warning. After going and forth with customer service about copyrights and logos, it came down to the wording that was on the sample card. I had to redo the announcement, having to do a rush job, because I was guaranteed a rush order if I resubmitted my order that day. The end result was a delayed delivery date followed by the cards being delivered to a person in another town. Customer service was kind enough to place a 'Rush Order' with a guarantee of a Friday (2 day) delivery for the second set of Announcements. But, those arrived after graduation, at my daughter's former college address. This order left a bad taste in my mouth. Printing was fine. What was printed was what was submitted. What was submitted looked like a rush job. It became one after my initial order was canceled, and I had to make changes or go with a another design.

The overall experience with the product wonderful. I had placed an order and then found out that I had left something off the invitation and they quickly cancelled the order and had me to resubmit it. The product met all of my expectations and more. The colors came out vibrant and bright and the actual product was better than the picture. To actually have the finished product in hand and do it to look amazing was wonderful. This product was something that I was proud to send out on behalf of my husband.
