"On Good Authority" is a piece of digital art created by drawing hundreds of freehand circles with a Wacom tablet, in different sizes, crowded together to cover the surface. Then each was filled with colour - hues of blue, teal, purple, grey, black, pink, and many in between shades - before an array of textures and layer effects were added in Photoshop.
