I've taken the popular chinoiserie pottery pattern and created new islands filled with temples, lush greenery and woodland animals of all kinds, each decorated with my blue and white floral patterns. The creatures include bunny rabbits, deer, foxes, birds, squirrels, lucky cats and more...in the waters, there are tiny boats, ducks and whales. The background is crisp white. This unique yet toile elegant combination of traditional patterns and colours with lively animals and stylised florals would be a fun treat for anyone, for any occasion. These are the most beautiful towels I have ever seen. The only thing is - I am too scared to use them. I am worried that the colour will disappear when I wash them! The printing is beautiful as long as the towel fibres are all facing the right way. They look amazing. just looks like the photo above
