Bluedream Dreads Fabric

Once upon a time I used to make a living making custom wool dreadlocks. I made this pattern out of a photo of one of the sets I made, a gorgeous set of wool & silk dreads, custom dyed with a brilliant blue dye. I took a photo of the dreads on an old silk scarf, and that is how this wonderful pattern was born. I love how the dreads look like some exotic sea creature, floating in a sea of paisley.
