Bob, Why the Long Face? Mosaic Mask Tote Bag
"Bob" is part of an ongoing series of mosaic masks I've created. As a child, I used to flip through National Geographic magazines. I was fascinated by the people that had so little, yet wore such ornate makeup. My series of mosaic masks represent my childlike wonderment as I discovered practices halfway around the world. "Bob" is made of Mexican smalti, millefiori, vintage glass beads, fused glass tiles, stained glass, vitreous glass, glitter tiles and Karma glass tiles. This tote bag features "Bob" in all his glory.
