It was a real treat to find this story regarding Isabella Giraffe who gave birth in front of visitors to the park on Friday August 17 to a baby Giraffe (well what else would it be?) Isabella lives at Marwell which is celebrating it’s 40th year. The name of the new Giraffe was put to a public vote and the name displayed our national pride in the hosting of the Olympics this year in London – quite right too! The thought of a new giraffe all wobbly made me want to create a few new pictures.
