This sweet baby is one of the orangutans rescued from the illegal pet trade. People around the world mistakenly think these adorable babies are pets, and orangutan mothers are killed as they try to defend their offspring. Photographed at the Orangutan Foundation Care Centre in Kalimantan, Indonesia, where the artist and her husband are volunteers. Rebecca Reeder donates 100% of her profits from the sale of this item to support the rescue and rehabilitation of orangutan orphans and their habitat.
