The text is written in a light green oval,with golden border, with golden letters, except the names, which are green. The occasion "Wedding" is written in a calligraphic script, the rest in caps. The background is the wallpaper pattern "Leicester" by Morris & co (by the British designer John Henry Dearle ((1859 –1932) based on a work by William Morris), from 1912, now in the public domain.It is dominated by green leaves on a dark background, but has also some red , white-blue and yellow flowers.
