Boxer, Art Deco Dog Playing Cards

Boxer, Art Deco Dog Poker Cards Inside a stepped Art Deco cartouche, a Boxer cast in gold keeps watch, twice. A square muzzle and furrowed brow give the upper figure Boxer resolve, while its lower echo stands watch upside down, so the card reads true from either end of the table. The Boxer sits squared up and ready, playful at heart but serious about the game, loyal to whoever deals the next hand. That sense of ceremony shapes the entire design. Both Boxer busts rise against a radiant teal-and-gold Art Deco sunburst, joined down the centre by stacked emerald and ruby lozenges. A stepped gold frame, corner star medallions, side fans, and ruby-red accents turn the deck into a Jazz Age crest rather than a flat illustration. Deep teal marble and a black field contrast with polished gold, emerald green, and ruby red. Stepped geometric lines, symmetrical ornament, and the upright-and-inverted twin layout complete the Art Deco presentation on a classic poker deck for Boxer lovers and Art Deco fans. • Twin gold Boxer busts, upright and inverted • Square muzzle, furrowed brow, and a sturdy neck • Radiant teal-and-gold sunburst with emerald and ruby lozenges • Corner star medallions, side fans, and a stepped gold frame • Part of the Art Deco Poker Cards Collection
