I designed this for a friend of ours and we needed a bunch for the community football teams. The first order was great but then on the reorder we were shorted 8 sheets I believe. My wife contacted customer service and they sent out the rest of the order pronto! It looks great the black wasn't super dark but the lines were crisp and the design was exact. Overall very happy with the product.
