Although recent work has indicated this may not be his work, it remains one of the most famous paintings attributed to Bruegel.
Bruegel (1525-1569) was a Dutch Renaissance painter whose works include Landscape with the Fall of Icarus (circa 1558), The Tower of Babel (1563), as well as his famous peasant scenes. Also known as "Peasant Bruegel," he was father to Pieter Brueghel the Younger and Jan Brueghel the Elder, and uncle to Jan Brueghel the Younger.

Very impressive product! The canvas is sturdily made. It features a saw tooth hanger on the back, making it easy to "try out" the canvas in several rooms until I found the best location. It attracts good comments from my friends. I love it! The printing is wonderful! Colors are as bright and crisp as they appeared on the website.
