I have given these as gifts many times. The variety of things you can use to personalize the mugs is amazing. Always the recipient has been thrilled! I would suggest one thing. Allow the person to see a 360 of the mug. On some of them the words that accompany the picture are not exactly where I would want them because I could not go all the way around in preview to see that the wording was correctly placed. It was clear but a little too close to the picture. Would have preferred it to be on the other side of the mug
