While the product was great I didn't receive it on time before I left for out of town. I was quite upset about that because of time frame I had. It got lost enroute and couldn't be tracked by me or your rep Kathy. Kathy saved the day. She talked to the appropriate people and got it reordered and express shipped although my daughter had the task of addressing envelopes and sending them instead of me because I had already left. My shipping was reimbursed and I also was given a 25% discount so I really appreciated that. I ended up receiving the first order while I was out of town. No issues with the product itself.
