Bye Mitch. Mitch McConnell is stepping down as Senate Republican Leader. While I'm thrilled to see him and his reign of terror and error go, as we've seen on the House side, this means the door is open for someone even less grounded in reality to take his place. If you have a Republican Senator, especially one up for re-election, now is the time to start contacting their office and letting them know you want them to support a new Republican Leader who isn't an election-denying, civil rights denying cult member.
