Canadian Snowbirds Airforce Motivational Art Poster

About "No Smoke Without Fire" photographed and painted by my friend Skye Ryan-Evans © The title refers to the dream every true pilot has as they realise they were born to fly. The "Smoke" symbolises the jet trail left by performing supersonic jets and turbo jets like these C-114 Tutors. The "Fire" refers to the passion within, that burns in every man or woman destined to become a jet pilot. The ideal poster or wall print for those who ever had a dream worth pursuing. About the art subject: The Snowbirds (the Canadian Airforce Aerobatics Display Team) are the Canadian equivalent of the US Airforce's Blue Angels. They performed several thrilling demonstration passes recently over the beautiful Comox Valley. Many photographs were taken by the public and by military personnel on the day this image was captured on camera and then painted using both brush and digital techniques.
