Someone said this to my friend and she needed it on a shirt. Here it is for you too! I'm doing this design in several colours. If there's one I don't have yet that you'd like, let me know!
The background on this design is transparent, and the words and ribbon are solid white so they should so up on the darker colours. I think with Zazzle the lighter colours you may only see the black outline. Experiment with what you want. Have fun!
