Great white sharks have been around in our oceans for millions of years. With the rebounding population of seals off Cape Cod since the Marine Mammal Protection Act in 1972, sharks have also returned to our waters. The ecosystem is coming into balance! Sharks don't like eating people. We're just a bag of bones compared to the incredibly fatty grey seal (males up to 800 pounds, females up to 600 pounds). We cannot change their behaviour so we must change ours in order to be safer. So here is a shirt to remind everyone how to SWIM, SURF, KAYAK SAFER!
