Caregiver Daily Log, Eldercare, Aging in Place Notepad

Use this tear away notepad to keep track of your parents' caregiver log. This is one of my weekly visitor notepads with a design with boxes instead of linear. Easier for someone with shaky hands o write down a note. I created this because of my own experience with aging parents who wee living 5 states away. I wanted to know the various people coming into thei home such as cleaning crew, physical therapists, home health aides, nurses and the like. This could be for temporary time or long term. This easy-to-use visitor log book is a great way for your aging parents to keep track of who comes and goes from their home. The large, clear print makes it easy for them to see, and the weekly pages make it easy to keep track of visitors over time.
