The product arrived on time and it was well packaged, with no flaws or damage. It works great: it is very smooth and so it allows my mouse to work very well. The quality is top-notch: the only reason I am giving this product four stars instead of five is that the colors are darker than shown on the preview image. The eye of the Carnotaurus is rather hard to see, which is a little disappointing. Still, this is an excellent product and well worth the money I spent on it.
