This piece is bittersweet. I have been having a nice time making cat-related art ever since that one political guy made the cat lady comment at the beginning of 2025. My younger cat's birthday is in early September. I found out a month ago that she has cancer, and I was hoping she would at least make it to her next birthday. I found out this week that she may or may not. I wanted to give her a pretty cake in a fantasy world even if I can't give her one in real life. I think it turned out to be a very cute and fun piece... for a cute and fun girl. I love her so much.
