Drawings of pets with pithy haikus to match. I started making calendars of my own drawings because it was the only way to give my mother a Christmas present that she would actually use and not leave in the package “for a special occasion”. Then I got cats and started making the drawings of my cats. Suddenly there was a queue of people wanting their pets to star in the calendar! I add a haiku to the picture because who doesn’t like haikus? And...we all deserve a good chuckle while reminding ourselves what day it is.
