This version of our CCCP design has been given a worn, distressed effect for that authentic aged look. In Russian, the Soviet Union was never called the USSR as it was in English-speaking countries. The Russian was CCCP, standing for "Союз Советских Социалистических Республик". These were the letters shown on Russian cosmonauts and athletes throughout the Soviet era, and they hold a certain vintage retro charm today.
