This is not meant to be a true representation of the traditional Celtic shield, which was ovoid and usually made of brass or bronze. This is my decorative interpretation of a Celtic shield, with Trinity knot, Celtic knot decorative inlays, and fantasy style Celtic swords.

My coasters arrived and one was chipped. I got in touch with Zazzle and had no trouble getting a replacement. I was refreshed with how easy and it was and how customer-focused their service was. The colours are good. Just note these coasters are clay not furry.
