Customizing is really hard and challenging. I wanted to add a quote to the back but accidentally kept moving the background and, unable to find an undo button and fearing I really screwed the look up, I had to start all over. Eventually I gave up. But this is still a really beautiful and great product. The image quality is not quite as good on pearl shimmer paper as on semi-gloss, not as sharp and crisp.
