When I ordered my product there was a printing error. Despite the error the product was of excellent quality and enriched with great color and clarity of the photo used for the invitation. Our photo had a major flaw that the photographer should have caught but didn't. Zazzle was fantastic about reprinting the cards despite the fact that the error was not theirs. The chalkboard looks so good. My older daughter commented negatively that that side looks "dirty" but come on, it's a chalkboard! Beautifully. Didn't expect such quality at this price.
