Lovely watercolor but the artist was incorrectly identified as Childe Hassan. The artist is Maurice Pendergast. Very interesting Venice painting with the flags as the center of interest. Colors appear true to the original artwork. Colors appear to be true to the original artwork. The quality of the paper is excellent as well.
