This lovely card features on its cover a photograph of a shoot from a Chinese tea tree (Camellia sinensis) that includes a leaf bud and two leaves. Such shoots are harvested to make the finest white and green teas, although the slightly more mature second leaves are also sometimes used in producing the very finest black teas as well.
