Chocolate has a long history...the native Indian peoples of Mexico and other lands drank it as bitter drink...but the interesting part is when it became yummy candy. Daniel Peter invented milk chocolate. A Swiss gentleman named Rodolphe Lindt invented something called a conching machine. So chocolate becam really yummy in the late 1800's. Anyone fortunate enough to be able to eat chocoalte candy bears is a fortunate as a princess...there are some people who cannot get chocolate and beleive me, it is hard.
