Chokutō 4, or Shion (四音) as he’s now known at public events. Because he wasn’t finished when the time came to shut down the Chokutō program, he never went into battle. He’s used for training purposes and meet-and-greets. Somebody with a twisted sense of humour must have screwed with his A.I. because he sits around talking about what could have been and how he’s not living out his purpose.
