China & Cotton: I photoshopped a photo of me and wife in the cotton fields before uploading it for a customized "china" plate and a customized "cotton" pillow as well. The gifts turned out great and my wife loved it. So much fun! On both products I had to really enlarge the image for better quality but the printing turned out great on both products. Me and my wife loved the gifts. Again so much fun!

The first time was poor print quality and faded on half, but they made it right the 2nd time around. Much better. I am happy with it for an anniversary gift for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. I paid $4 above the credit to get it shipped the fastest. It arrived on the 13th instead of the estimated 19th, so that was great because my party is the 16th. They created it in about a day and got it sent off to ship to me fast, so I was appreciative. Printing quality much better the 2nd time. They gave me a credit to purchase a new one after the first one was noticeably lighter on the right half. They had me send a picture of it, but didn't make me ship it back thankfully. I am satisfied with the print quality being more vibrant as well on the 2nd run. Just make sure you center and place everything exactly how you want it, because they print it exactly how you submit it. You can move everything around and change fonts, etc. The edges of the plate make the words curve up with it, so center as best you can. It didn't really bother me much, but it is somewhat misleading online that the words curve with the plate shape/ridge so much. Maybe try smaller font that is centered in the middle of the plate.
