I painted this little rural snow scene as a Christmas card for my mum, the faged image reminds me of winter walks to my grandmothers, the child we’d walk to grannies house week weekend, but walking through the thick winter snow in the fwatched was extra special, very cold life! I’ve always liked walking in the snow. The row of rural country cottages are set on a bit of a slope in the landscape and have snow covered roofs, you can imagine a roaring fire glowing inside these cosy homes.
