Governors Island 2013 - This is the heart of the city, it's where the new Freedom tower was built. The city is always changing, every year another new building is made, or they continue with the one they started the year before. The view is quite lovely and very detailed, while hard to see small, up close you can see the supporting wires for that mast on top of the Freedom tower. On the far right, you'll see a piece of South Street Seaport, the Ferry terminals. That clump of green in the centre is battery park and gardens. It's amazing how complex the city really is. Of course this is the black and white version, you'll have to imagine those trees as green.
