Part of Coast Guard District Eight & Sector New Orleans. Station Grand Isle is one of the three priority "3" CONUS small boat stations in the Coast Guard. It is a true multi-mission station with a considerable workload. primary missions are Search and Rescue, Homeland Security, and Law Enforcement operations.

I designed the print and it is exactly as I planned. In fact the colours are better than I'd hoped. The colours are fairly nuanced across the front and it wouldn't have worked if the printing wasn't exact, but it is.
