Coloured Drawing of 2 Close Friends and Their Dogs
I sketched this duo while in my “middle years” following a wonderfully long evening of dinner and conversation with a number of friends I had known since high school.
Many of us still live in the same region so getting together happens regularly. How fortunate I felt having the trust and comforting presence of so many good people. I could have drawn this as a group picture also, but art forms impose limits.
My illustrations of the Ladies begins with a pencil sketch on acid free paper, moves on to watercolor painting then coloured pencil detailing.
The painted image is then scanned and post processed by my partner who posts it to Zazzle on this Christmas card.

I thought these were Christmas cards when I ordered them. Much to my surprise they are small but as cute as ever! I ended up putting a sticker inside to announce our new address. Then included it inside our Christmas wishes. Worked out perfect. I would purchase again. It also looks like our pup, Pharley. 😁. Printing could not have been better! It was perfect. I mailed them all out so I don’t have a picture. They were so cute!

Quality is there. They are very small. I thought they could be used as greeting cards. They are really gift tags. Perhaps the dimensions were listed, but I failed to see them.
Cut as a button though. Tag is great. Nice stock. Nice color.
