The cup arrived packed snugly in bubble wrap. It's nice and solid. There was a little residue from printing, but it washed right off with a little dish soap. This is my second Zazzle mug- now I have a favorite one for home and one for the office. The print looks great- bright and colorful. I'm really pleased! This is one of my designs, and it's one of my favorites, so I'm a bit biased about it. The green inside the cup matches the green owl (the winking one) pretty closely, which gives it some nice unity, too.

It arrived safely and on time. The product is of great quality and I am more than pleased with my purchase. The coffee mug is beautifully painted in the two-tone hunter green, with the NZ Fantail bird depicted on both front and back and looks amazing. It will make an excellent present, which the purchase was intended for.
