Red bordered yellow lettering, COMMUNITY YARD SALE, with a drawing of items you might find for sale at a yard or garage sale below. The details, date, time, location and address are shown in red but you can change that to another color if desired - the font size and style can also be changed. Shown on a white background which you can also change. I designed this as 11 x 8.5 with flyers and the ability to post in store windows and such in mind. This design is available as a digital download - think not only flyers and such but posting the image on various websites and community pages.
