Just cut out the cap attachment, cut out every other "v" tooth along the bottom, bend them out, then attach the strip to the bottom of the "v" teeth, by folding the strip in half, centre the fold in the middle of the "v" teeth, tape /glue, then tape glue the cap attachment with strip attached, to the back of the graduation cap, then attach to a headband. The text is in faux gold glitter and white colour, "Congratulations On Your Graduation" in gold glitter look, and "Class of 2025 Graduate" in white, using my own "Fabric Font"!
