This sparkly design is for the graduate you're celebrating. I've created graphics and embellished them with a faux-metallic gold glitter effect for a festive vibe. At the top, confetti seems to fall from above. I've also added a graduation cap and a header featuring an elaborate, swirling cursive font that reads "Congratulations". Use the template fields to add personal details. All layers were added separately and left unlocked so feel free to resize and re-position any elements as needed.
