Ingredients list needs to be customised for each product you sell, so for instance, if you make vanilla cake, order a sheet with vanilla cake ingredients, and then another for chocolate cake with the ingredients for your chocolate cake recipe. The ingredients in the cottage food product in descending order of predominance by weight. If you use a prepared item in your recipe, you must list the sub ingredients as well. For example: "soy sauce" is not acceptable, but "soy sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt)" would be acceptable. Leave the allergen lines alone and circle the appropriate allergens on the label when packaging. Leave the net weight line as is and fill in later with a pen when packaging.
