This lovely scene of a woman relaxing while reading on her porch was painted by Childe Hassam (1859–1935); a prolific American impressionist; a founding member of The Ten, an influential group of American artists of the early 20th century; instrumental in promoting the Impressionism style in America. He produced over 3,000 paintings, watercolors, etchings, and lithographs over the course of his career.

We downloaded several photos which was simple and produced a very attractive personalised card for our 11yr old Granddaughter.
