Once I choose my card design, I entered my data and presto I could see exactly what my card would look like. I was emailed confirmation of the order, follow up emails were received notifying me of the processing of my order, cued into the shipping process and when it was shipped. I could even track the delivery date. I knew each day where my order was in the process. I received the cards in neat plastic card holders not cheap boxes. I LOVE Zazzle!!! The colors are bright well defined and professional.
