The mug itself appears well made; however, the photos were not quite placed where they showed on the preview. The preview shows the photos placed in the center of the mug (top to bottom). They actually were placed noticeably more toward the bottom. While it is too late to have the mug redone at this time, it would have been much better if the photos were centered properly.
