Acrylic Key Ring, Circle (double-sided)

This review is for an acrylic circular-shaped ornament with the customer's design on both sides. The customer may have one design on one side, and a different design on the other side. The ornament is two inches in diameter, and is made of very glossy acrylic plastic. It has an attached chain with a key ring at the other end. I purchased two of these for a friend, who was thrilled! In almost every way, I judge that this is a very worthwhile product, and has the potential for being an excellent product. I would have given it a five-star rating if it were not for a problem with the printing (which see below). Keeping in mind that this is an acrylic item, it seems to be hard and somewhat scratch-resistant and scuff-resistant. The colors are faithful (brightness, hue, and saturation) to my design. The resolution (sharpness of detail) is excellent!!! The ONLY problem with this item is the lack of concentricity of a circular-format customer's design printed onto a circular paper disc which is sandwiched between two acrylic discs. See attached images. I THOUGHT that I was being smart to include in my design an outer ring which could be readily and accurately registered to be concentric with the periphery of the key fob assembly. I highly recommend that you NOT DO THIS!!! Keep all items in your design far inside the dashed circle seen in the ZAZZLE design software! DO NOT include an outer ring in your design. If you follow these items of advice, you will probably be very pleased with the printing. Nevertheless, it is my opinion that I have a right to expect good concentricity of my custom design with the circular periphery of the acrylic disc. This is the ONLY reason that I have given the printing only a four-star rating.

It was an overall great experience! I received my keychain when I needed it and I loved how it turned out! Good! It didn't exactly match the colors I had picked out but that could have been because of the paper I printed on.

the roundness of the charm goes well with the heart design. it is durable. the colors are good. the pink as shadows were pink when printed. v happy with it.
